Q. How do I place my order?

Q. How much will my job cost?
A. Please contact John Egan or 0870 224 6663, all work is priced individually.

Q. How should I supply my Artwork for Print?
PDF Press Quality PDF's are preferred, with crop marks and 3mm of bleed.
Illustrator Fonts converted to outlines.
Photoshop Layers flattened, CMYK, at least 300dpi, Jpeg, Eps or Tiff.
InDesign fonts converted to outlines, 300dpi, CMYK images linked.

3mm of bleed on all edges of artwork.
RGB colours converted to CMYK.

Q. Can you tell me what the dimensions are for standard paper sizes?
A0 = 1188 x 840mm
A1 = 840 x 594
A2 = 594 x 420
A3 = 420 x 297
A4 = 297 x 210
A5 = 210 x 148
A6 = 148 x 105
A7 = 105 x 74

Q. What weight paper can my job be printed on?
A. Our digital presses can handle weights from 80gsm paper to 485gsm board, we stock uncoated, satin and gloss finishes.
Q. Can my job be laminated if it is printed digitally?
A. Yes, we can matt or gloss laminate in house using super stick laminates.

Q. Will the colours print like what I see on my screen?
A. The image you see on your screen is made up of RGB colours and your screen is in effect a big lightbulb so what you see is called additive colour. As paper cannot be lit up, the ink colours do not have the benefit of light enhancing them and making them brighter, this is commonly called subtractive colour. We calibrate our presses so we get the best colour range possible. If your work is very colour critical we suggest you supply a printed sample and we will try match the colour the best we can and supply you with a proof.

Q. What is the maximum sheet size you can print on?
A. Our digital presses take up to SRA3 sheets (450mm x 320mm). Our large format machines have a maximum width of 60" (1524mm).

Q. How long will my job take?
A. Our usual turnaround time on jobs, from print ready artwork supplied is 24hrs.

Q. Will you deliver my job?
A. Yes, we use UKMail couriers for nationwide next day, pre 12pm, pre 10.30am and pre 9.00am deliveries. We also provide same day deliveries.

Q. What payment forms do you accept?
A. We accept credit card payments, BACS transfers and cheques. Trade credit accounts can be discussed.

Q. How can I get my artwork to you?
A. You can get your files to us via email at,, or if you have a DropBox account, send us the link to your file and we'll retrieve it!
